Finding a Condo or Hotel that rents to age 18 to 25 can be difficult to locate.

We offer two location that are located on Okaloosa Island.

Most condos, resorts, and vacation homes in the Destin area require renters to be at least 25 years old. If you're in the 18 to 25 age range, Panama City Beach is a more popular destination, especially for Spring Break, offering a wider variety of rental options that cater to younger travelers
