After taking in the warm coastal breezes and panoramic views from the sky deck, guests will indulge in a three-course meal that begins with a gourmet Baby Spinach and Egg Salad with a warm Bacon Vinaigrette. Entrée choices from the SOLARIS chefs include Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Southern Shrimp & Grits, Chicken Marsala, Persillade-Crusted Gulf Fish or Vegetable Lasagna. The meal ends with Peter Cottontail’s Carrot Cake. A children’s menu includes chicken tenders, macaroni & cheese and chef’s vegetables.
